豆干墨鱼丝

墨鱼干我们家一般都是用来煲汤或是用来红烧肉的，都非常好吃。上次看到叶脉妹妹做的的墨鱼三丝，真是好美味。正好家里有墨鱼干，可惜笋用完了，就顺手加点豆干丝，也好味道，凑合着交作业了。
用料:
1：墨鱼干100克，用水泡软，放小锅中煮1个钟头，冷凉切丝。
2：红青椒25克，洗净切丝。
3：猪里脊肉100克切丝，加1/5茶匙盐，1茶匙生粉，2茶匙水拌匀静置半小时。4：五香豆干两块125克，洗净切丝。
5：水3大匙，绍酒1大匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，鱼露2茶匙，糖1茶匙，。
4：橄榄油3大匙，蒜片1茶匙，葱花1大匙，香油2茶匙。
做法：
不粘炒锅放橄榄油2大匙置炉上开大中火，放入肉丝翻炒至八成熟捞出。原锅再加油1大匙，放入蒜片，一半葱花炒香后加放入豆干丝翻炒几下，加水3大匙焖煮3分钟，然后放入5料，墨鱼丝翻炒半分钟，接着放下红青椒丝兜炒几下，淋下香油撒上剩余的葱花兜匀出锅。
