1：大号鸡蛋两只；
2：豆腐一块（175克）
3：葱2条；
4：面粉1/2杯（80克）；
5：盐3/4茶匙，香油 1茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙；
6：水7大匙（105克）；
7：牛油果油 3×2茶匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料可以做3份早餐。
做法：
1、葱洗净切细粒，豆腐切小丁（图1），将鸡蛋连同1-6料放入一盆里用一叉子搅拌均匀（图2）待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，等预热完成后。换上平底内锅，加2茶匙牛油果油到内锅里，放入1/3面糊摊平（图3）。盖上锅盖，用Function键选PanFry，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到3分钟的时间，程序自动进行。
3、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子，将饼翻转一面（图4），盖上锅盖。用Function键再选PanFry等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到2.5分钟的时间。
4、程序结束后，打开锅盖，盛出软饼，就可以上桌了趁热吃。依次做好剩余的2块饼.
