超级好吃的【葱香土豆饼】

这个葱香土豆饼用料简单但非常好吃，大家一定不要错过噢。
1：中小号土豆6个350克，去皮洗净待用；
2：大号鸡蛋1个，水1/3杯（80克），盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，黑胡椒1/6茶匙；
3：中筋面粉（all purpose flour）1/3杯（53克），葱花2大匙；
4：3×1大匙橄榄油。
以上材料做3个15厘米直径的土豆饼。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆切细丝。将所有2料放一盆中用叉子拌匀（图1），再放入土豆丝和1/3杯面粉（图2）拌匀，最后放入葱花（图3）拌匀（图4）。
2、不粘锅开中火，放1大匙油，油热后放入1/3的土豆丝面糊（图5）。
4、重复步骤2和3做好另外两块土豆饼。趁热食用，葱香满口。
