【软炸腐乳鸡排】

用料:
1：去皮去骨的鸡腿肉8块625克，香油辣腐乳一块，1茶匙腐乳汁,头抽1大匙，老抽1大匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1.5茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;
2：面粉3/4杯；
3：牛油果油或其他油3大匙；
4：葱花1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前一天晚上，抽掉鸡肉里面的细小血管，洗净后用纸巾擦干. 将1料到调味放入一盒子里拌匀（图1），放入鸡腿肉拌匀（图2），盖盖子冰箱里储存过夜。
2、腌好的鸡肉翻拌一下（图3）, 然后将鸡肉放入一塑料袋及3/4杯面粉，封口抖一抖（图4）。AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”调整温度到420F时间设置20分钟，然后点“Start”预热。放3大匙油，放入鸡排，盖上盖子让程序继续（图5）。
3、烤到13-14分钟时或等到提醒翻转时，打开锅盖将鸡排轻轻翻转一面（图6），盖上盖继续炸（图5）。
4、程序结束后，将鸡排装盘上桌。
