【辣椒鸡蛋饼】

用料:
1：长的青辣椒3个（140克）；
2：大号鸡蛋两；
3：葱1条；
4：盐3/4茶匙，香油 1茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙；
5：面粉1/2杯（80克）；
6：水6大匙（90克）；
7：牛油果油 2×2大匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、辣椒横切开去掉籽冲洗干净（图1），切细丝放一盒子里。冲洗净切葱花也放入盒子里，加鸡蛋及所有调料4（图2）拌匀。
3、放入面粉及6料的水用一叉子搅拌均匀（图3）。【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加2大匙油。放入一半的青椒鸡蛋面糊（图4），盖上锅盖，用Function键选PanFry，程序自动进行。
3、程序结束，打开盖子,翻转一面（图5）。用Function键选PanFry，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到2.5分钟，程序自动进行。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，盛出就可以上桌了。煎另外一块饼时，因为锅已经很热了，第一面煎3分钟，第二面煎2.5分钟。
I do enjoy the way you have presented this specific difficulty plus it does provide us some fodder for consideration.
