【酒酿芋头丸子】

芋头是碱性食物，可以经常吃有益健康。这次买的芋头特别新鲜，做了这个酒酿芋头丸子，非常好味道，全家都喜欢。
1：芋头200克（削去皮后是170克），水6大匙（90克）；
2： 糯米粉 1.25杯（160克），水1/4杯（60克）；
3：桂圆肉一小把（15克）；
4：水5杯（1200克），糖1/3杯（62克）；
5： 小西米 1/4杯（40克）；
6：酒酿1杯，做法见 零失败做【甜酒酿】；
7：糯米粉2大匙（28克），水2大匙 (30克)；
8：干桂花1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、芋头（图1）削去皮，切小小粒，放一大碗中（图2），加水6大匙，盖上一盘子微波炉里加热2分钟，打开盖搅拌一下，再盖上盘子加热1.5分钟。再搅拌加热1分钟，重复知道芋头完全熟了，用一叉子压成泥（图3）。
2、放入2料里的 糯米粉（图4）和水1/4杯，和成软硬适中的面团（图5）。
3、一中号锅放入3-4料（图5），置炉上大火（图6），煮滚转小火。将芋头面团分成小块，揉成1厘米直径的小丸子放入锅内（图7），放入1/4杯西米（图8）。下火煮25分种至西米透明。
4、放入酒酿1杯（图9）小火煮2分钟。将7料放一碗中拌匀，将糯米粉水边倒入锅里，边搅拌均匀（图10），放入干桂花再煮1分钟即可。
