用料:
1：里脊肉1.5块（200克）；
2：生粉1茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，水1大匙；
3：小土豆10个（350克）；
4：牛油果油或橄榄油2大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
5：头抽酱油1大匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，辣豆瓣酱1大匙，甜面酱1大匙；
6：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净去掉白膜切丁，放入所有2料，用手抓捏2-3分钟，静置10分钟。也可以提前一天准备冰箱过夜，肉会更嫩。
2、土豆削掉皮洗净沥水，沿长轴切2等份，每片切3等份大小的粒（图2）。
3、【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1.5大匙油。放入土豆粒（图3），盖上锅盖，用Function键选StirFry，3秒后，再按+键增加时间到9分钟，程序自动进行。
4、程序结束，打开盖子（图4），放入葱花蒜蓉，然后在放入肉丁及所有5料（图5）。盖上锅盖，用Function键选选StirFry，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到2.5分钟，程序自动进行
5、程序结束，打开盖子，再倒入1茶匙香油（图6），按下Toss键，拌匀盛出就可以上桌了。
