这次买的上海素鸡挺不错的, 做了酱炒素鸡, 咸中带点甜与辣,非常好吃.

 酱炒素鸡Bean curd stir fry

用料:
1:素鸡一条330克;
2: 牛油果油1大匙, 葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1茶匙, 甜面酱1大匙, 李锦记辣豆瓣酱1大匙;
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 水1/4杯, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
4: 香油 1茶匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、 上海素鸡(图1)水冲洗下,长轴对半切开, 再对半切开, 然后切3毫米片 (图2).
2、炒锅大中火加1大匙油, 放入剩余2料(图3)炒20秒, 放入素鸡片(图4)炒1-2分钟.

3、加所有3料(图5), 盖盖中火煮3-4分钟. 然后大火收汁(图6). 加1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
