【酱炒肉丁】

用料:
1：里脊肉2片360克：
2：生抽酱油1茶匙，头抽酱油1茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1/4茶匙，盐1/4茶匙；
3：小胡萝卜1条（35克），小黄瓜2条（130克）；
4：小白蘑菇1包（150克）；
5：牛油果油或其他食用油1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，辣豆瓣酱1大匙；
6：糖1/4茶匙，1/6 茶匙鸡粉，生抽1茶匙，头抽1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净切丁，放入所有2料（图1），用手抓捏2-3分钟（图2），静置10分钟。黄瓜，胡萝卜去皮洗净切丁，小蘑菇切去根，洗净沥水待用（图3）.
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1大匙油到炒锅里，放入葱花，蒜蓉及豆瓣酱（图3）盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute，3秒后程序自动进行，等程序走了1分钟后，打开锅盖放入黄瓜，胡萝卜，小蘑菇（图4），盖上盖，让程序继续。
3、等程序结束，打开盖，放入肉丁及6料（图5），盖上盖。再用Function键选Saute，3秒种倒计时完成，程序开始，再按-键，减少30秒。
4、2.5分钟后程序完成，打开盖子（图6），将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
