1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切片, 用手抓捏2分钟，这样肉会很嫩, 加上剩余1料（图1），拌匀静置15分钟。
2、红葱头剥去皮，切小丁. 姜切片, 蒜瓣去皮拍碎待用.
3、不粘锅，置炉上开大中火，加牛油果油1.5大匙，油稍热, 放入红葱头丁, 姜, 蒜(图2)翻炒30秒(图3), 然后下郫县豆瓣酱和甜面酱(图4) 翻炒30秒. 下鸡片翻炒(图5)1-2分钟.
4、放入所有5料 (图6)，炒拌均匀, 鸡肉断生出锅。鸡肉鲜嫩,很好吃.
