酱爆三丁

用料:
1:茭白250克,洗净滚刀切小块备用。
2:五香豆干125克,洗净切丁备用。
3:猪大排肉100克切丁,加万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,1茶匙生粉,2茶匙水拌匀静置半小时
4:甜面酱1.5大匙,辣豆瓣酱1大匙,绍酒1大匙,水1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。
5:橄榄油2大匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,葱花1茶匙,姜末1茶匙。
做法:
炒锅置炉上开大中火,内放1大匙橄榄油,倒入3料翻炒至肉丁八成熟盛出。原锅加橄榄油1大匙开大中火,炒香蒜蓉葱花姜末后加甜面酱和辣豆瓣酱炒香。再倒入茭白丁和豆干丁翻炒半分钟,接着倒入剩余的4料翻炒2分钟,放入炒好的肉丁兜匀即可。
