【香椿蛋饼】

好姐妹给了些香椿嫩叶, 做了香椿蛋饼, 非常不错的早餐.
用料:
1：鸡蛋2个, 水3/4 杯+2茶匙 (130克);
2：盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 白胡椒1/4茶匙；
3: 中筋面粉1/4杯+2大匙(100克);
4香椿嫩叶60克；
5: 香油1茶匙;
6：牛油果油 或其他素油3-5茶匙, 用来煎饼.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 香椿嫩叶（图1）洗净沥水, 切小粒. 将1和2料放一盆里打散拌匀（图2-3）. 放入面粉充分搅拌均匀至无干粉颗粒.
2、再放入香椿叶丁，再搅拌均匀（图4）。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火，放1茶匙油然后用纸巾把油涂匀（图5）.
4、锅热后，放入1/2的面糊，用锅铲将面糊均匀涂满锅底（图6）。用中火煎1-2分钟, 加1-2茶匙油, 煎1分钟左右至微黄.
5、翻转一面（图7）煎1-2分钟至微黄（图8）, 即可盛出饼。趁热食用，唇齿留香. 如上煎好剩余的一块饼.
