香煸鸡块

毛毛不喜欢吃辣,但喜欢味道重点的菜,今天做的这个香煸鸡块,他很喜欢,鸡肉香又嫩,吃了好多。

用料:
1:鸡腿8只800克,洗净剔去骨头,切块。
2:生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,生粉1大匙,十三香炒菜粉1/4茶匙。
3:绍酒1大匙,糖1/3茶匙,炒熟芝麻2大匙。
4:橄榄油2.5大匙,姜片3片,葱1条切段。
做法:
鸡肉拌上2料腌30分钟(图A)。不沾锅放油2大匙,置炉上开大火,放入姜片和葱段炒香(图B),放入腌好的鸡肉翻炒(图C)至肉熟有焦香,接着喷入绍酒及糖1/3茶匙翻炒均匀,然后放入芝麻(图D)兜匀炒至鸡肉外面有些焦香,即可出锅。

真的很好吃,毛毛吃了好多。
