香煸鸡块

毛毛不喜欢吃辣，但喜欢味道重点的菜，今天做的这个香煸鸡块，他很喜欢，鸡肉香又嫩，吃了好多。
用料:
1：鸡腿8只800克，洗净剔去骨头，切块。
2：生抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，盐1/4茶匙，生粉1大匙，十三香炒菜粉1/4茶匙。
3：绍酒1大匙，糖1/3茶匙，炒熟芝麻2大匙。
4：橄榄油2.5大匙，姜片3片，葱1条切段。
做法：
鸡肉拌上2料腌30分钟（图A）。不沾锅放油2大匙，置炉上开大火，放入姜片和葱段炒香（图B），放入腌好的鸡肉翻炒（图C）至肉熟有焦香，接着喷入绍酒及糖1/3茶匙翻炒均匀，然后放入芝麻（图D）兜匀炒至鸡肉外面有些焦香，即可出锅。
真的很好吃，毛毛吃了好多。
