香菇油面筋青菜

用料:
1:油面筋一袋10粒。
2:香菇7朵,用水泡软,洗净去蒂备用。
3:青菜500克,洗净。
4.水2大匙,盐1/3茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙,生粉1茶匙加水3大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙。
5:水1/2杯,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1大匙,糖1茶匙。
6:生粉1茶匙加水3大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙。
7:橄榄油2大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,
做法:
炒锅置炉上开大火,放橄榄油2大匙,炒香蒜蓉,下青菜翻炒几下。接着加水2大匙和盐1/3茶匙炒至菜断生,放入所有剩下的4料兜匀,盛出青菜装盘。原炒锅置炉上开中火,放入所有的5料煮滚,下油面筋和香菇煮滚,调小火焖煮10分钟,接着加入淀粉汁和香油1茶匙拌匀出锅,放到炒好的青菜上即可。
