香菇油面筋青菜

用料:
1：油面筋一袋10粒。
2：香菇7朵，用水泡软，洗净去蒂备用。
3：青菜500克，洗净。
4．水2大匙，盐1/3茶匙，鸡精1/4茶匙，生粉1茶匙加水3大匙拌匀，香油1茶匙。
5：水1/2杯，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1大匙，糖1茶匙。
6：生粉1茶匙加水3大匙拌匀，香油1茶匙。
7：橄榄油2大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，
做法：
炒锅置炉上开大火，放橄榄油2大匙，炒香蒜蓉，下青菜翻炒几下。接着加水2大匙和盐1/3茶匙炒至菜断生，放入所有剩下的4料兜匀，盛出青菜装盘。原炒锅置炉上开中火，放入所有的5料煮滚，下油面筋和香菇煮滚，调小火焖煮10分钟，接着加入淀粉汁和香油1茶匙拌匀出锅，放到炒好的青菜上即可。
