香菜茭白

用料:
1:茭白450克,剥去外皮洗净沥水。
2:橄榄油2大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,鱼露1大匙,水3大匙,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,糖1/2茶匙。
3:里脊肉75克,洗净切片,加盐1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,水1大匙,拌匀用手挤捏半分钟,腌20分钟。
4:香菜2棵,洗净沥水切小粒。
做法:
茭白(图A)切片。不沾锅放橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,炒香蒜蓉(图B)后,放入茭白片(图C)翻炒几下。

接着放入剩余的2料(图D)炒至茭白软身,接着放入肉片(图E)翻炒至肉片变白,放入香菜粒兜匀(图F),即可出锅。
