用料:
1：鸡腿10只1250克；
2：牛油果油或橄榄油1.5大匙，葱2条洗净切段，姜3-4片；
3：镇江香醋或米醋1大匙，糖2大匙，料酒3大匙，生抽酱油2大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，盐1/6茶匙，水1/2杯;
4：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡腿洗干净沥水，斩小块待用待用。【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热。然后加1.5大匙油，放入葱姜（图1）及鸡块（图2），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stir fry，程序自动进行。
2、程序结束，打开盖子，放入所有3料（图3），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Braise程序，3秒后程序自动进行，再按+键增加时间到20分钟（图4）。
3、程序结束，打开盖子（图5），加1茶匙香油，盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Manual程序，3秒后程序自动进行，再按+键增加时间到6分钟。每隔2-3分钟，按下Stir键搅拌5秒钟，再按下Stir键停止搅拌。
4、程序结束，打开盖子（图6），即可起锅盛出高升鸡块，配米饭吃，很棒。
