【AirGo之红葱头烤饼】

用料:
1：红葱头4个(120克), 橄榄油1大匙；
2：温水1杯减1大匙（230克），白糖1/3茶匙，快速发酵粉（fast rising yeast）1.5茶匙；
3：中筋面粉1杯(160克), 全麦面粉1杯(160克), 盐1/4茶匙；
4：橄榄油1.5大匙；
上层调料：
5：橄榄油1大匙；
6：现磨黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，橄榄油1.5大匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、红葱头去皮, 冷水冲下切小丁(图1). 【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“AirFryer”然后选择400F及时间8分钟，点“Start”。放入红葱头丁及1大匙油拌匀, 盖上盖让程序继续. 还有3分钟是, 打开盖搅拌几下（图2）, 盖上盖让程序完成. 盛出炸好的红葱头待用.
2、发面：先将2料放一杯里拌匀，静置5分钟。3料面粉和盐放一中号盆里混合均匀，然后将2料倒入面粉里和成软面团，这时面团比较粘手哦，加入4料里1大匙橄榄油，及炸好的红葱头碎, 将面揉5-8分钟成光滑面团（图3）. 然后再放0.5大匙橄榄油涂抹在面团表面上，盖上放温暖地方发酵（图4）。
3、等面团发至2倍大（图5），5料里橄榄油1大匙，均匀涂抹在烤盘里，然后将面团放入烤盘里。用手压扁面团，使之均匀覆盖住烤盘底部。将6盐及胡椒粉依次均匀撒在饼上，最后均匀撒上橄榄油（图6）。盖上盖（图7）醒发成2倍大。
4、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Oven”然后选择400F及时间18分钟，点“Start”。
5、等程序还剩4-5分钟或听到提示翻转，将饼翻个身，盖上锅盖继续烤（图12）。等程序完成，盛出饼切块趁热食用，太好吃了。
吃不完的面包装在密封塑料袋里，放冰箱保存，吃的时候用面包机稍微烘烤下，非常香。
