用料:
1：白萝卜1150克；
2：干贝25粒；
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙；葱花2大匙，姜2-3片，蒜蓉2茶匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 十三香粉1/6茶匙；
4：盐1/2茶匙，头抽酱油1.5大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、干贝提前冷水泡软（图1）沥水待用。萝卜削掉皮洗净沥水，切0.5厘米片，然后在切4-6等份（图2）.
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及20分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油，葱花, 姜片, 蒜蓉, 十三香粉,豆瓣酱及干贝(图3), 炒几下盖上盖让程序继续。
3、等程序进行了1分钟，打开盖子, 放入萝卜片,搅拌几下 (图4), 盖上盖继续(图5)。
4、程序进行到还有5分钟后或提醒翻转时，打开盖子，放入盐, 头抽酱油及鸡粉拌匀，盖上盖, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成，打开盖子, 放1茶匙香油(图6), 搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
