用料:
1：有机鸡胸肉2块500克;
2: 盐3/4茶匙, 生粉1茶匙;
3：红葱头2个（85克）；
4：牛油果油 或其他素油1.5大匙, 咖喱粉1.5茶匙;
5: 鸡粉1/6茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切片, 用手抓捏2分钟（图1），这样肉会很嫩, 加上剩余2料，拌匀静置15分钟。红葱头剥去皮，切小丁待用.
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及7分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油，红葱头丁及咖喱粉(图2), 炒几下盖上盖让程序继续。
3、等程序进行了1分钟，打开盖子（图3）, 放入鸡肉片,搅拌几下 (图4), 盖上盖继续(图5)。
4、程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时，打开盖子，放入鸡粉拌匀，盖上盖, 让程序完成。等程序完成，打开盖子(图6),搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
