1: 冰冻北极鳕鱼片一包（720克）;
2: 葱1根, 姜5克， 蒜瓣4瓣;

2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及8分钟，点“Start”，盖上锅盖。将烤盘纸涂上2茶匙橄榄油， 把腌好的鱼块， 连同葱姜蒜放到纸上(图3)。
