【AirGo-蒜蓉黑椒芦笋】

用料:
1: 芦笋1包1000克;
2: 蒜瓣4粒;
3: 橄榄油1大匙;
4: 现磨黑胡椒1/4茶匙, 盐1/2茶匙;
5: 头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、芦笋用刨刀削去外皮(图1),水冲洗后滚刀切寸段备用(图2)。蒜瓣去皮, 斩蓉待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,将蒜蓉及油放入锅里(图3), 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及5分钟,点“Start”.

3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放入芦笋, 2料里的黑胡椒及盐, 拌匀(图4)盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行.
4、程序进行到还有1分钟, 打开盖子, 放入鸡粉及头抽酱油, 拌匀, 盖上锅盖.
5、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速盛出芦笋, 即可上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
