 AirGo 无油南瓜糯米饼
用料:
1: 油桃果南瓜Butternut squash 半个260克;
2: 糯米粉1又3/4杯(220克)
3: 罗汉果糖1/3杯(70克);
4: 其他, 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、 南瓜去皮去籽洗净切薄片(图1),放到一浅碗里,然后加1杯水到InstantPot内锅里,放入支架,南瓜碗放入内锅里,高压蒸18分钟. 等10分钟后放气减压拿出蒸好的南瓜片(图2).
2、 蒸好的南瓜片放一盆里压碎,加1/3杯罗汉果糖(图3)拌匀,放糯米粉1又3/4杯(图4),合成软硬适中的面团(不粘手)。

3、 面团分成18个小剂子,揉圆均匀放到到烤盘纸上.【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择400F及17分钟,点“Start”.
4、 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 快速连烤盘纸放入 (图5)盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图6).
5、 程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 拿出南瓜饼, 冷热皆可食。
