【AirGo-无油南瓜糯米饼】

1: 油桃果南瓜Butternut squash 半个260克;
2: 糯米粉1又3/4杯(220克)
3: 罗汉果糖1/3杯（70克）;
4: 其他, 烤盘纸一大张.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、 南瓜去皮去籽洗净切薄片(图1)，放到一浅碗里，然后加1杯水到InstantPot内锅里，放入支架，南瓜碗放入内锅里，高压蒸18分钟. 等10分钟后放气减压拿出蒸好的南瓜片(图2).
2、 蒸好的南瓜片放一盆里压碎，加1/3杯罗汉果糖(图3)拌匀，放糯米粉1又3/4杯(图4),合成软硬适中的面团（不粘手）。
3、 面团分成18个小剂子，揉圆均匀放到到烤盘纸上.【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择400F及17分钟，点“Start”.
4、 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 快速连烤盘纸放入 (图5)盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图6).
5、 程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 拿出南瓜饼, 冷热皆可食。
