【五香脆皮鸡翅】

7月的时候毛毛去了夏令营一个礼拜,回来给他做了这个五香脆皮鸡翅,外皮酥脆,鸡肉很嫩,他非常喜欢,又是烤的,比炸鸡要健康。

用料:
1:鸡翼中段16个;
2:葱1根洗净切段,姜1小块10克切片;
3:五香粉3/4茶匙, 老头抽酱油 1茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,厨酒1茶匙;
4:日式面包糠1/2杯。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翼中段冲洗干净沥水,放入一塑料袋里,然后将所有2料和3料放入(图1),将袋子封口,上下颠倒几次以混合均匀(图2)。放入冰箱冷藏过夜。
2、腌好的鸡翼放到盛面包糠的盘子里,两面均匀沾上些面包糠。(图3),放入铺了烤盘纸的烤盘里(图4)。

3、放入预热至420F/215摄氏度的烤箱内,烤8分钟,翻转一面再烤8分钟,趁热食用,外酥里嫩,味道棒极了。
