【培根烤带子】

在Costco买的大带子,用培根卷好烤了来吃,真挺不错,你也试试。

用料:
1:大号带子7个;
2:盐1/3茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙,蒜蓉2茶匙;
3:4厘米宽20厘米长培根7条;
4:辣椒粉 1/2茶匙,葱花1茶匙;
5:牙签7根。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、带子洗净沥水放一盘子里加上2料(图1)拌匀待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,培根(图2)每面煎2分钟,捞起稍冷待用。

3、用一片培根将一粒带子包裹起来,用根牙签固定(图3)。依次做好其余培根和带子,将做好的培根带子,放到铺了烤盘纸袋烤盘上。均匀撒上4料的葱花和辣椒粉(图4)。
4、烤盘放入预先预热到420F/215C的烤箱里,烤20分钟即可。
