在Costco买的大带子，用培根卷好烤了来吃，真挺不错，你也试试。
用料:
1：大号带子7个；
2：盐1/3茶匙，黑胡椒1/6茶匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
3：4厘米宽20厘米长培根7条；
4：辣椒粉 1/2茶匙，葱花1茶匙；
5：牙签7根。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、带子洗净沥水放一盘子里加上2料（图1）拌匀待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，培根（图2）每面煎2分钟，捞起稍冷待用。
3、用一片培根将一粒带子包裹起来，用根牙签固定（图3）。依次做好其余培根和带子，将做好的培根带子，放到铺了烤盘纸袋烤盘上。均匀撒上4料的葱花和辣椒粉（图4）。
4、烤盘放入预先预热到420F/215C的烤箱里，烤20分钟即可。
