【腐乳素鸡】

华人超市看到断货很久我喜欢的腐乳, 买了2小瓶. 今天的素鸡也新鲜, 最好买捏着有弹性比较软的, 口感好. 你也试试这款腐乳素鸡, 很好吃呀.

材料:
1:素鸡一条330克;
2: 橄榄油1.5茶匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜蓉2茶匙, 四川麻油辣腐乳一小块.
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2 茶匙, 水1/4杯, 鸡粉1/6茶匙 (可省);
4: 香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、 上海素鸡 (图1) 水冲洗下, 长轴对半切开, 再对半切开, 然后切3毫米厚片 (图2). 腐乳用的是这个 (图3)
2、炒锅大中火加1.5茶匙油, 放入葱花, 蒜蓉及腐乳(图4) 炒几下, 放入素鸡片(图5)炒1-2分钟.

3、加所有3料, 盖盖中火煮4-5分钟. 然后大中火收汁(图6). 加1/2茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
