【虾干烧萝卜】

这个是蔬菜荤做,超级好吃下饭,不要错过啊。

用料:
1:白萝卜一条900克;
2:干虾干20粒;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙;葱花2大匙,姜2-3片,八角1粒,丁香2粒;
4:盐1/4茶匙,糖1/3茶匙, 生抽酱油 1.5大匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙,老抽酱油1.5大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、虾干提前冷水泡软(图1)沥水待用。萝卜削掉皮洗净沥水,切1厘米厚片,然后在切4-6等份(图2)
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入3料里葱花,姜片,八角及丁香,炒30秒(图3),放入泡好洗净的虾米翻炒30秒(图4)。

3、接着放入萝卜块(图5),翻炒几下。加所有4调料(图6),翻炒均匀。盖盖调中火煮几分钟(图7)至萝卜熟。
4、打开锅盖,再翻炒几下,煮至汁浓。淋下香油 1茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。
