【腐乳红糟扁豆】

上次毛毛爸带回来的红糟，做了几次红糟肉或鸡，大家都很喜欢。今天做了这个素扁豆，红腐乳和红糟搭配，也非常好吃哈。
用料:
1：扁豆820克；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花2大匙，姜2-3片，红糟2茶匙；
3：红腐乳1块（30克），1大匙腐乳汁；
4：盐1/3茶匙，糖1大匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，水2/3杯；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、扁豆摘去两头，洗净（图1）切寸段（图2）。 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花、姜片及红糟炒香（图3），下扁豆翻炒1分钟（图4）。
2、将3料的腐乳碾碎连同腐乳汁依（图5），倒入锅里。然后加入4料（图6），煮至汁浓扁豆软身。
3、打开锅盖收汁，煮至汁浓（图7）。淋下香油 1茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。
