【蒜蓉蚝油四季豆】

做了这个蒜蓉蚝油四季豆，挺受欢迎的。
用料:
1：四季豆950克；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，蒜蓉1大匙， 姜蓉1/2茶匙；
3：盐1/2茶匙，水2/3杯，老头抽酱油 1大匙，蚝油2大匙，糖1/3茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙。
4：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、四季豆择去两端，洗净沥水待用。
2、不粘锅加1。5大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，炒香蒜蓉和姜末（图1），放入四季豆和3料里的盐不停翻炒（图2）2分钟。
3、放入3料里的水（图3），调中火炒煮至四季豆软身大约3-4分钟，加 蚝油（一定要用这个牌子味道好）（图4），及剩余3料（图5），继续不时翻炒至汁浓豆角外皮起皱。
4、最后放入1茶匙香油兜匀出锅。
