【酱烧土豆片】

家里在Costco买了一袋小土豆，儿子不在家，消耗的速度就挺慢的。今天做了盘微辣的酱烧土豆片，非常入味，下饭，亲们试试。
用料:
1：小号土豆12个320克；
2：橄榄油1大匙；葱花1大匙，姜2-3片，辣豆瓣酱1大匙；
3：糖1/2茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，水1/4杯，鸡粉1/4茶匙，；
4：香油 1/2茶匙，老陈醋1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆刮掉皮洗净沥水（图1），切薄片待用（图2）。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1大匙橄榄油，放入2料里的葱花，姜片，及辣豆瓣酱，炒约30秒（图3），放入土豆片翻炒1分钟（图4）。
3、加入所有3料，盖盖（图5），调中火煮几分钟至土豆片熟。
4、打开锅盖调大中火，煮至汁浓（图6）。淋下香油 1/2茶匙和老陈醋1/2茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。
