【酱烧土豆片】

家里在Costco买了一袋小土豆，儿子不在家，消耗的速度就挺慢的。今天做了盘微辣的酱烧土豆片，非常入味，下饭，亲们试试。
用料:
1：小号土豆12个320克；
2：橄榄油1大匙；葱花1大匙，姜2-3片，辣豆瓣酱1大匙；
3：糖1/2茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，水1/4杯，鸡粉1/4茶匙，；
4：香油 1/2茶匙，老陈醋1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆刮掉皮洗净沥水（图1），切薄片待用（图2）。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1大匙橄榄油，放入2料里的葱花，姜片，及辣豆瓣酱，炒约30秒（图3），放入土豆片翻炒1分钟（图4）。
3、加入所有3料，盖盖（图5），调中火煮几分钟至土豆片熟。
4、打开锅盖调大中火，煮至汁浓（图6）。淋下香油 1/2茶匙和老陈醋1/2茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。

I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
One thing I’ve noticed is that often there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the finance institutions intentions while talking about property foreclosures. One misconception in particular is always that the bank prefers to have your house. The bank wants your money, not the home. They want the money they lent you having interest.
