【水芹金针菇惹味小炒】

上次回国在一家餐馆吃过一次，水芹金针菇做的炒菜，挺爽口好吃。自己在家做了这个惹味小炒，配上米饭，幸福满足啊。
用料:
1：水芹菜3根175克；
2：金针菇1包共200克；
3：干黑木耳7-8朵，用水泡发后洗净；
4：腊肠1小条，切丝待用；
5：橄榄油1.5大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，虾皮1大匙；
6：盐1/3茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；
7：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、干黑木耳用冷水泡发，洗净在开水里煮几分钟，捞出沥水（图1）切丝待用。金针菇切去根洗净备用，水芹菜去叶洗净切段待用（图2）。香肠切丝待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加橄榄油1.5大匙，放入蒜蓉及虾皮（图3）炒约1分钟至出香味。
3、然后放入腊肠丝炒30秒，接着放入水芹菜，金针菇和黑木耳丝同炒几下（图5），下所有调味6料，炒至菜断生刚熟，下1茶匙香油兜匀就可以出锅了。
