【水芹金针菇惹味小炒】

上次回国在一家餐馆吃过一次，水芹金针菇做的炒菜，挺爽口好吃。自己在家做了这个惹味小炒，配上米饭，幸福满足啊。
用料:
1：水芹菜3根175克；
2：金针菇1包共200克；
3：干黑木耳7-8朵，用水泡发后洗净；
4：腊肠1小条，切丝待用；
5：橄榄油1.5大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，虾皮1大匙；
6：盐1/3茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；
7：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、干黑木耳用冷水泡发，洗净在开水里煮几分钟，捞出沥水（图1）切丝待用。金针菇切去根洗净备用，水芹菜去叶洗净切段待用（图2）。香肠切丝待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加橄榄油1.5大匙，放入蒜蓉及虾皮（图3）炒约1分钟至出香味。
3、然后放入腊肠丝炒30秒，接着放入水芹菜，金针菇和黑木耳丝同炒几下（图5），下所有调味6料，炒至菜断生刚熟，下1茶匙香油兜匀就可以出锅了。

One thing I have actually noticed is that there are plenty of myths regarding the finance institutions intentions whenever talking about property foreclosure. One fantasy in particular is that often the bank needs to have your house. The financial institution wants your hard earned money, not your property.
