【陈皮鸡翅】

家里来客人时，用在Costco买到鸡翅上段做了这个陈皮鸡翅，挺好吃挺受欢迎的。
用料:
1：鸡翅上段1250克；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，陈皮3~4小块（7克），八角1~2粒，丁香2-3粒，葱2根洗净切段，姜1小块10克切片，蒜6-7粒拍碎；
3：厨酒1.5大匙，老头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽酱油1.5大匙，盐3/4茶匙，糖1.5大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，黑米醋2茶匙，水1杯；
4：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡翅冲洗干净沥水。不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入所有2料炒1分钟（图1），然后放入鸡翅（图2）炒至外皮有些微黄，有香味。
2、放入1.5大匙厨酒翻炒几下，依次放入剩余的3料煮滚（图3），盖上盖子，调中小火煮15-20分钟，间中翻一翻。
3、然后打开盖子，调大中火煮至汁浓稠（图4），放1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅。
