【双葱鸡丁】

挺喜欢CostCo的有机鸡胸肉, 用红葱头, 葱和豆豉辣椒酱, 炒一炒肉嫩很好吃.

 双葱鸡丁

用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块525克, 盐1/3 茶匙, 生粉1.5茶匙;
2: 红葱头2个(110克), 葱4根;
3: 橄榄油2茶匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙;
4: 头抽酱油1大匙;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切0.8厘米大小的丁(图1). 用手抓捏1分钟, 放盐1/3茶匙及生粉1.5茶匙(图2), 拌匀(图3)待用. 葱洗净去根切1厘米长段(图4), 红葱头去皮, 冲洗后切1厘米片(图5)待用.
2、不粘炒锅中火, 加2茶匙油, 放入一半葱段, 红葱头丁及豆豉酱炒1分钟(图6), 下鸡丁翻炒(图7).

3、翻炒大约2分钟, 然后放入头抽酱油大匙, 继续炒匀至鸡肉刚刚熟, 放入剩余葱段(图8)及1/2茶匙香油, 炒匀即可出锅.

    Aw, this was a really nice post. In concept I wish to put in writing like this moreover – taking time and precise effort to make a very good article… however what can I say… I procrastinate alot and not at all seem to get one thing done.
