【香菇烧土豆】

这个是蔬菜荤做,超级好吃,不要错过啊。

用料:
1:中号土豆3个400克;
2:金钱香菇25朵,泡发洗净待用。
3:橄榄油1.5大匙;葱花2大匙,姜2-3片,八角1粒,丁香2粒;
4:盐1/4茶匙,糖1茶匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,水1/2杯;
5:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇提请冷水泡软洗净待用。土豆削掉皮(图1)洗净沥水,沿长轴切2等份,每片切3等份,然后再切1.5厘米大小的粒。 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入土豆块(图2),煎3-4分钟至底部黄,翻转身(图3)四面煎黄,捞出待用。
2、锅里加3料葱花,姜片,八角及丁香,炒30秒(图4),放入泡好洗净的香菇翻炒30秒,然后加入4料(图5)。

3、接着放入先前煎好的土豆块(图6),翻炒几下。盖盖调中火煮几分钟(图7)。
4、打开锅盖调大中火,煮至汁浓(图8)。淋下香油 1茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。
