【香菇烧土豆】

这个是蔬菜荤做，超级好吃，不要错过啊。
用料:
1：中号土豆3个400克；
2：金钱香菇25朵，泡发洗净待用。
3：橄榄油1.5大匙；葱花2大匙，姜2-3片，八角1粒，丁香2粒；
4：盐1/4茶匙，糖1茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，水1/2杯；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菇提请冷水泡软洗净待用。土豆削掉皮（图1）洗净沥水，沿长轴切2等份，每片切3等份，然后再切1.5厘米大小的粒。 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入土豆块（图2），煎3-4分钟至底部黄，翻转身（图3）四面煎黄，捞出待用。
2、锅里加3料葱花，姜片，八角及丁香，炒30秒（图4），放入泡好洗净的香菇翻炒30秒，然后加入4料（图5）。
3、接着放入先前煎好的土豆块（图6），翻炒几下。盖盖调中火煮几分钟（图7）。
4、打开锅盖调大中火，煮至汁浓（图8）。淋下香油 1茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。
