简单好吃的【葱花鸡蛋面糊饼】

用料简单，但非常好吃，可以当周末的早餐，再吃些水果，来杯杏仁奶，健康美味早餐，大人孩子都爱。
1：大号鸡蛋两只；
2：面粉2/3杯（105克）；
3：葱2条；
4：盐2/3茶匙，香油 1茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙；
5：水3/4杯（180克）；
其他；
6：素油4茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料做4张22厘米的饼。
做法：
1、葱洗净切细粒（图1），将鸡蛋连同4料放入一盆里（图2）用一叉子搅拌均匀。
2、倒入5料里的水（图3），再用叉子打匀，然后放入切碎的葱花（图4）。
3、再倒入2料的面粉（图5），用叉子搅拌成均匀面糊（图6），不要有面粉颗粒。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火，放1茶匙油，油热后，用勺子舀大约1/4份的面糊，放入锅里（图7）。
5、用中火煎2分钟左右，翻转一面（图7）再煎黄。重复步骤4和5做好其他葱花饼。趁热食用，唇齿留香。
