【咖喱土豆】

做了这个咖喱土豆,结果特受欢迎,你也试试。

用料:
1:中号土豆3个(450克);
2:橄榄油2大匙,盐1/2茶匙,黑胡椒1/4茶匙;
3:葱花1大匙;
4:咖喱粉 1茶匙;
5:水2大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、土豆削掉皮(图1)洗净沥水,沿长轴切3等份,每片切3等份,然后再切1厘米大小的粒(图2)

2、 不粘锅加油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入土豆粒(图3)煎4-5分钟至底部黄,翻转身(图4)四面煎黄。
3、接着放入2料的盐和黑胡椒(图5),轻轻翻炒均匀分钟。加葱花(图6)和咖喱粉(图7)轻轻翻炒30秒钟。然后加2大匙水(图8),兜抄均匀至水汽蒸发干,盛出即可上桌了。

Even so, I appologize, because I do not give credence to your entire theory, all be it refreshing none the less.
