【蒜蓉辣椒豆腐】

在华人超市买了瓶台湾产的蒜蓉辣椒王,味道很棒,够辣。做了这个蒜蓉辣椒豆腐,下饭好吃。

用料:
1:老豆腐一盒700克;
2:干黑木耳7朵,水中泡软洗净,放开水中煮2分钟后切小片;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1.5大匙,姜蓉1.5茶匙,蒜蓉辣椒1大匙;
4:厨酒1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,生抽酱油 1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙,水3大匙;
5:淀粉1茶匙,水1.5大匙,放入一小碗中拌匀;
6:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升
做法:
1、 豆腐冲洗后沥水,横切3片,再对角切三角型待用。不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入豆腐(图1)煎黄,翻转一面再煎黄(图2)。
2、 放入所有剩余的3料轻轻翻炒半分钟(图3),(蒜蓉辣椒王见图4),放入1大匙厨酒,然后放入黑木耳片及剩余的4料煮2分钟(图5、6)。

3、待水蒸发后,下5料淀粉水(图6),轻轻翻炒几下,淋下1茶匙香油翻炒至汁浓出锅。配上一碗米饭,那真叫幸福。
