【蒜蓉辣椒豆腐】

在华人超市买了瓶台湾产的蒜蓉辣椒王，味道很棒，够辣。做了这个蒜蓉辣椒豆腐，下饭好吃。
用料:
1：老豆腐一盒700克；
2：干黑木耳7朵，水中泡软洗净，放开水中煮2分钟后切小片；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜蓉1.5茶匙，蒜蓉辣椒1大匙；
4：厨酒1大匙，盐3/4茶匙，生抽酱油 1大匙， 鸡粉1/4茶匙，水3大匙；
5：淀粉1茶匙，水1.5大匙，放入一小碗中拌匀；
6：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升
做法：
1、 豆腐冲洗后沥水，横切3片，再对角切三角型待用。不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入豆腐（图1）煎黄，翻转一面再煎黄（图2）。
2、 放入所有剩余的3料轻轻翻炒半分钟（图3），（蒜蓉辣椒王见图4），放入1大匙厨酒，然后放入黑木耳片及剩余的4料煮2分钟（图5、6）。
3、待水蒸发后，下5料淀粉水（图6），轻轻翻炒几下，淋下1茶匙香油翻炒至汁浓出锅。配上一碗米饭，那真叫幸福。
