【蒜蓉虾串】

蒜蓉虾串简单易做，美味又低卡，一定要试试噢。
用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁一包400克；
2：盐1/2茶匙，黑胡椒1/4茶匙，香油1茶匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，葡萄醋1茶匙，糖1/3茶匙；
3：辣椒粉（paprika）3/4茶匙，熟芝麻1茶匙，葱花2茶匙；
4：竹签8只。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、早上上班前将冰冻白虾仁放冰箱里解冻。下班回来洗净沥水，放入一盒子里。加入所有2料（图1）拌匀，腌20分钟（图2）。
2、将腌好的虾仁，每8个一串串在竹签上，放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上（图3）。均匀撒上辣椒粉、熟芝麻和葱花（图4）。
3、预热烤箱至420F/215摄氏度，然后将盛虾串的烤盘放入，烤6分钟，拿出等1-2分钟后食用。
