【蒜蓉虾串】

蒜蓉虾串简单易做,美味又低卡,一定要试试噢。

用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁一包400克;
2:盐1/2茶匙,黑胡椒1/4茶匙,香油1茶匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,葡萄醋1茶匙,糖1/3茶匙;
3:辣椒粉(paprika)3/4茶匙,熟芝麻1茶匙,葱花2茶匙;
4:竹签8只。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、早上上班前将冰冻白虾仁放冰箱里解冻。下班回来洗净沥水,放入一盒子里。加入所有2料(图1)拌匀,腌20分钟(图2)。
2、将腌好的虾仁,每8个一串串在竹签上,放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上(图3)。均匀撒上辣椒粉、熟芝麻和葱花(图4)。

3、预热烤箱至420F/215摄氏度,然后将盛虾串的烤盘放入,烤6分钟,拿出等1-2分钟后食用。

One more thing I would like to express is that personal computer memory requirements generally increase along with other advances in the engineering. For instance, when new generations of cpus are brought to the market, there is certainly usually an equivalent increase in the size preferences of both the personal computer memory along with hard drive room. This is because the application operated by these cpus will inevitably surge in power to leverage the new technological innovation.
