【青椒炒素鹅】

今天用的青椒小小辣，跟这个五香素鹅炒，非常下饭的一道菜。
用料:
1：素鹅一盒400克；
2：青辣椒3个130克；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
4： 头抽酱油 2大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、辣椒洗净去籽，切丝（图1），五香素鹅买的是这种（图2）味道很不错，水冲洗后切薄片（图3）待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花和蒜蓉（图4）炒香，然后下青辣椒丝和素鹅片（图5）翻炒半分钟。（
3、接着放入4料的调味料（图6），继续炒至青椒丝干断生。下1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅了。
