【蚝油皇子菇】

这次买的有机皇子菇非常新鲜, 简单炒下，加点蚝油, 就非常好吃.
材料:
1：皇子菇一盒（400克）；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙， 蒜蓉2茶匙；
3：黑胡椒粉1/6，鸡粉1/4茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙，李锦记旧庄蚝油1.5大匙，水2大匙；
4：香油 1/2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 皇子菇根部切掉，洗净沥水(图1)，切小块(图2)。
2、炒锅开大火，放1大匙橄榄油油，放入葱花蒜蓉炒30秒(图3)，然后放入皇子菇(图4), 炒几下.
3、放入所有3料 (图5)，炒3-4分钟至皇子菇熟.
4、加1/2茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
