【柠香奇雅子松饼】

几个月前一位朋友向我介绍了神奇的健康食品：奇雅子（Chia seeds）。它营养丰富，富含52种营养元素，蛋白质、钙、铁、omega-3、纤维，以及十余种抗氧化物。食用奇雅子可以起到代餐减肥、持续供能、润肠通便的作用，补充膳食纤维和omega-3等多种营养。它能防止餐后血糖升高，对II型糖尿病有帮助。
由于是薄荷类植物，奇雅子自然抗虫，而且在荒漠地带不需要施加肥、是100%的绿色植物，再加上它没有任何异味，无需加工即可随意食用。奇雅子富含天然抗氧化物，多年存放亦不会腐坏变质，这同时对omega-3脂肪酸也起到了很好的保护作用。我用奇雅子做了这款清香松软的松饼（pancake）做早餐，全家都很喜欢。
用料:
1：中筋面粉1杯（160克），全麦面粉1/2杯（80克）；
2：白糖3大匙（42克）；
3：泡打粉2茶匙（8-9克），盐1/4茶匙；
4：一个柠檬的皮碎，奇雅子1.5大匙；
5：新鲜柠檬汁1.5大匙，玉米油1大匙，1盒希腊酸奶（114克）；
6：杏仁奶或低脂牛奶1杯（240克），香草香精1茶匙（5克）；
7：大鸡蛋2只。
以上材料做8个中号松饼。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将所有1-4料放一盆里（图1），用一叉子拌匀（图2）待用。将所有5-7料放另一干净盆中（图3），我用的是这个酸奶（图4），用打蛋器（handheld mixer）高速打2分钟到均匀（图6）。
2、将打匀的奶蛋液倒入充分混合均匀的1-4料（图7），用打蛋器中速打60秒，至均匀（图8）。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火，用软纸巾沾少量油，在锅的里面涂一圈。等锅热后放入1/4杯面糊（图9），等大约2分钟煎黄一面，用锅铲小心翻转，煎黄另一面即可（图10）。
4、依次煎好剩余的松饼，上面放些喜欢的水果如蓝莓等，浇上枫糖浆食用。

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
