简单好吃的【干贝虾米热拌面】

做这个干贝虾米热拌面用中国的面或意面都行，很好吃噢。
1：意大利面条500克；
2：盐1茶匙，橄榄油1大匙；
3：干杯1/4杯，干虾米3大匙；
4：橄榄油1大匙，葱花3大匙；
5： 生抽酱油 1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，盐3/4茶匙，糖1茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，水1/2杯；
6： 香油 1.5大匙；
7：葱花2大匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前将干贝（图2）和干虾米（图3）放入水中泡软，沥水待用。
2、中号锅置炉上开大火，加橄榄油1大匙，炒香葱花3大匙（图3），放入泡好的干贝和虾米（图4），炒约1分钟。
3、放入所有5料（图5）煮滚，调中小火煮10左右，离火待用。
4、另起大号锅，放大半锅水，放入2料，开大火将水煮开。放入意面（图6）再煮滚，调中小火煮10左右分钟至断生，意面沥水。煮好的意面沥水后，放锅里（图7），趁热倒入煮好的干贝虾米汁，再放香油1.5大匙和葱花2大匙（图8），再拌匀就可以了。
